Andy has been in banking for over 20 years in the Lafayette/Monticello area. He has been involved in Retail Management, Treasury Management Services, and Commercial Banking. Andy enjoys working closely with contractors who need cash flow during larger jobs, and businesses or farmers looking to purchase real estate. He believes businesses and individuals should have a close relationship with their banker for their funding needs. 

Jane is the Health and Human Sciences Educator with Purdue Extension in Cass County. She grew up on a farm in Howard County and she is still engaged with the farm today. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master of Science from Indiana University. She is certified Mental Health First Aid trainer and a member of the Purdue Extension Farm Stress Team. Jane lives in Bunker Hill with her husband Gary.

Jeremy Frerichs, a native of Collison, Illinois, joined The Andersons in 2006. He has a career that has spanned over 24 years in the agriculture industry with 17 of them being in ethanol production. He has held multiple roles including operator, production supervisor, production manager, and plant manager.

He has been a part of three plant start-ups. Previously, he held roles at Bunge Milling and Bunge Cogeneration. He also enjoys staying connected to his family’s corn and soybean farm in Vermilion County, Illinois.

Currently, he serves on the board at Food Finders Food Bank and has served in various leadership roles at Christ United Methodist Church. He and his wife, Deanna, reside in Lafayette and have two daughters. He stays busy as a band and dance dad as well as traveling with his family.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University as well as his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University.

Siegle acquired his undergrad degree from Earlham College and completed the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking in 2013. He has served on the Indiana Bankers Association’s Future Leadership board for 9 years and has held various positions within Bank of Wolcott since he began in 2006. He has served on the board of directors for 8 years and is the current President and CEO.

As a Partner at Dobbs & Folz, LLC, Matt concentrates his practice in estate planning, and business selection, formation, governance, and succession planning. Matt often presents on topics related to estate planning and farming operations, including taxation, succession, and retirement, and always enjoys meeting new farm families and their advisors, to help them structure the best plans possible. 

Melissa Harvey is a Financial Officer for Farm Credit Mid-America serving Cass and Miami County farmers. She has more than 16 years of experience in agricultural lending, with expertise in loan processing, credit analysis, and ag financing.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has served as an advisor on the Miami County Extension Board and is a graduate of Agribusiness Council of Indiana’s Emerging Professionals Leadership Program.

She raised her family on a small family farm in Cass County and currently resides in White County. Her favorite role is being Grandma to her grandson, Wyatt.

Tara grew up just outside of Fort Wayne, IN. During her time at Purdue University, she got her first experience in the grain industry, interning for ADM. After graduation in 2010, she began her career as a grain merchandiser with The Andersons ethanol facility in Logansport, IN. After 5 years, she relocated to southern IN to join CGB to focus on high level marketing services to their top tier customers in the area. Tara and her husband John live in southern IN with their two kids.
